Welcome to Alphabiz | Video Studio, a creative service operated under Alphabiz (Sole Proprietorship), based in New Delhi, India. By accessing or using our website (https://video.alphabizhub.com) or our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Services (“Terms”).
Please read these terms carefully before proceeding.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, making a payment, or submitting your information through our contact forms or email, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with these terms, kindly refrain from using our services.
2. Services We Provide
Alphabiz | Video Studio specializes in:
Short-form and ad-style videos (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
Business promotional videos
Product demos and UGC-style content
Scripting, editing, and voiceover services
All services are delivered digitally and custom-tailored for each client.
3. Project Workflow & Delivery
After confirmation, the client is required to submit all necessary inputs (scripts, references, brand guidelines, etc.).
For bundled or growth plans, delivery schedules and formats will be shared based on the selected package.
Any delay in client input may shift delivery timelines.
4. Revisions & Feedback
Up to 2 minor revisions are allowed per video where included.
Major changes (like full reshoots or strategy alterations) will be billed separately.
Revision requests must be shared within 7 days of delivery.
5. Payments & Pricing
All prices are inclusive of GST unless mentioned otherwise.
Full payment or 50% advance is required to initiate any project.
Custom pricing may be quoted for special or bulk projects.

6. Cancellation & Refunds
Our Refund Policy is based on our creation process:
✅ Full Refund: If no work has started or no script shared.
✅ 50% Refund: If project is canceled before scripting or production starts.
❌ No Refund: After final delivery or once raw files are delivered.
✔️ Revisions allowed as per the plan.
🚫 No refund for change-of-mind or subjective dissatisfaction beyond agreed scope.

7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide content promptly and ensure brand clarity.
Alphabiz is not liable for delays due to incomplete data or feedback from the client.
Content submitted by clients must be legally owned or licensed.
8. Intellectual Property
Alphabiz retains full copyright of scripts, concepts, and raw footage unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Final delivered videos can be used by the client for their marketing needs.
We may showcase completed work for our portfolio unless explicitly restricted.
9. Limitation of Liability
Alphabiz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.
10. Data Collection & Privacy
We collect user data such as names, emails, phone numbers, and service preferences to provide better support. This is handled under our Privacy Policy.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any project due to:
Non-payment
Harassment or misuse of services
Violation of Indian cyber or IP laws
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of New Delhi courts.
