Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Alphabiz | Video Studio, we strive to deliver high-quality video and creative services tailored to your business needs. Since our work involves customized production, planning, and effort from the first step, we have specific cancellation and refund conditions.
1. General Policy
All orders once placed are considered a commitment to the creative process. However, we understand that circumstances may change, so we’ve outlined refund eligibility below.
2. Cancellation Terms

Before Scriptwriting or Production Begins:
If the project is cancelled before scripting, you are eligible for a 50% refund. -
If No Work Has Started Yet:
If we haven’t initiated scriptwriting or any creative process, a 100% refund can be provided. -
After Final Delivery:
Once the video or creative content is delivered, no refund will be issued. However, we allow up to 2 revisions per video in exceptional cases, as per your selected plan.
3. No Refund Conditions
No Refunds for Scripting Services, Video Idea, Etc.. After Work.
If Alphabiz Delivered any Services so after that

After the video has been finalized and delivered.

If the delay or dissatisfaction is caused by lack of communication or delays from the client’s side.

For add-on services once production has begun.

5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original method of payment.
